Colorado Sports and Spine Centers, part of Centura Health Rehabilitation, is the first and most comprehensive rehabilitation network in southern Colorado. It is designed to provide an integrated continuum of high quality, cost effective outpatient rehabilitation services. We offer seven locations around Colorado Springs for appointment convenience.
Our goal is to provide support and treatment to meet the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and to help each person achieve his or her highest level of function and independence.
