    WomenHeart Support Group

    Have you been diagnosed with heart disease or suffered a heart attack? You're not alone! Join the WomenHeart Support Group, which will help EMPOWER you in your personal journey toward heart health. Shared experiences can help you regain a sense of control, feel less alone, develop a positive life outlook and find the strength to commit to lifestyle changes. Led by Stephanie Hammar, heart attack survivor and WomenHeart Support Network Coordinator. All ages are welcome! 

    Healthy Life Weigh
    This interactive 10-week workshop will empower you to gain control of your weight for good! You will learn how to develop healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle behaviors to reach your healthy weight and maintain them for life. The fee includes a workbook, recipe book, dynaband with exercises, and relaxation CD. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or check.
