    Lisa McMahon, PT

    Lisa has been a Physical Therapist for 29 years. She received her degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedics with her emphasis in manual therapy and sports medicine rehabilitation. Having moved often with her husband's naval career she has worked in California, Maryland, Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and now Colorado. Working in multiple regions of the country has enhanced her therapy practice with different skill sets and techniques. She has been married for 22 years with 2 teenage boys. Her outside interests include jogging and hiking as well as following her boy's sports.

    Jean Offutt-Lindt, PT

    Jean has more than 27 years experience in physical therapy. She has worked with Centura health since 1990. Jean obtained her PT degree in Denver from UCHSC; currently she is pursuing the transitional doctor of PT with expected completion in spring of 2014. Specializing in orthopedics Jean has training in dry needling and vestibular dysfunction. Additionally, she is a certified massage therapist. Jean has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 25 years and they have two fabulous children who are both away pursuing their college degrees. For fun in her spare time, she climbs 14,000ft mountains, is a mogul skier and has recently taken up mountain biking. When she is in the mood for quiet time, she enjoys reading and quilting.

    Elizabeth has been working as a physical therapy assistant for over 19 years, being with Penrose St. Francis since 2011. She works with a variety of orthopedic patients from different age groups to help them recover after surgery or an injury. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in mathematics and her PTA from Fayetteville Tech Community College. Her special interest is in orthopedics and has worked in outpatient, inpatient and long-term rehab facilities. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling and hiking.

    Sue Daughhetee, MA

    Sue has her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Missouri. She has been a physical therapist for 13 years and has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient sports medicine and in/outpatient rehab for neurological diagnoses. She has a specialty certification for treating MS patients. She has lived in Colorado Springs for 8 years and enjoys skiing, golfing, and hiking with her dogs.

    Carrie Waters, MS, CCC-SLP

    Carrie Waters is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Penrose St. Francis Medical Center.  She serves to rehabilitate the outpatient population at Sisters Grove Pavilion, as well as inpatients within St. Francis Medical Center. Carrie received her Master's of Science Degree in 1992 from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York where she spent most of her life growing up.  She has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the past 25 years and enjoys providing care for people of all ages with a special interest in treating Dysphagia and Pulmonary Disorders for Tracheostomy/Ventilator-Dependent patients, Voice and Communication Disorders for Head and Neck Cancer  and individuals with Cognitive impairments.  Carrie is married and resides in Falcon, CO and has two awesome kids!  She is an accomplished pianist, enjoys taking nature walks with her husband and traveling with family.

    Tara Andrus is an Occupational Therapist at Penrose St. Francis Medical Center.  She is one of our newest team members and serves the outpatient population at Sisters Grove Pavilion, as well as inpatients within the Medical Center.  Tara received her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Minnesota in 2009. She has been working as an OT for 4 years and enjoys helping people who have suffered from stroke & brain injuries, upper extremity dysfunction, lymphedema, and visual deficits. In her spare time Tara enjoys traveling, outdoor recreation with her husband, knitting, and cooking.

    Roger has been practicing physical therapy since 1986 and has been with Penrose-St.Francis since 2001. He earned his degree from California State University - Northridge. He uses his skills to manage both inpatient and outpatient rehab Departments. He takes a special interest in orthopedics and being a manual therapist. Roger and his wife have been married for 35 years and they have two children in college. In his spare time he enjoys walking, hiking, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
