Applications are taken through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Selected applicants are interviewed and accepted through the National Residency Match Program (NRMP).

We offer a one-month externship for medical school students or graduates interested in our residency program. In order to make the extern experience as beneficial as possible, we have a limited number of slots available. If you are interested, please complete the application and email the following materials to DanielMayes@Centura.Org:

- Completed application
- Curriculum Vitae     
- Letter from your medical school indicating enrollment and proof of insurance
- Copy of USMLE or COMLEX scores
