If your baby is not covered by a health insurance plan, he/she may be eligible for Medicaid.  Prior to leaving the hospital, you may be visited by a representative from Peak Vista Community Health Centers to determine your baby's eligibility for Medicaid.  A representative can assist you with Medicaid and CHP+ applications and answer questions - all from your bedside.  For more information call (719) 630-6463.
