Rose Ann Scibona, RN, MSN, NE-BC
Vice President of Nursing Services, Penrose Hospital

Rose Ann has more than 31 years of clinical and health care leadership experience, all at Penrose-St. Francis. She began her career as a Staff RN in Oncology and has served as a Clinical Nurse Manager for several departments over the years. She has been the Director of Patient Care Services for Penrose-St. Francis since 2007.

Rose Ann possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Nursing, both from the University of Phoenix. She is also Board Certified as a Nurse Executive and a member of the Colorado Organization of Nurse Leaders and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
