Description   Have you been diagnosed with heart disease or suffered a heart attack? You're not alone! Join the WomenHeart Support Group, which will help EMPOWER you in your personal journey toward heart health. Shared experiences can help you regain a sense of control, feel less alone, develop a positive life outlook and find the strength to commit to lifestyle changes. Led by Stephanie Hammar, heart attack survivor and WomenHeart Support Network Coordinator. All ages are welcome!

2nd Wednesday of every month from 11:30-1pm.
