Becoming a Woman!

A class for girls and their mothers about the beauty and wonder of growing up and becoming a woman.

Not sure how to sit down with your daughter and have “the talk”? Mothers and daughters are invited to attend the class together in an atmosphere of love and learning to discuss the important topic of growing up and becoming a woman. Taught by Kristine Hardesty, certified FERTILITYCare Practitioner and mother of four daughters. This class covers information girls need to understand their growing bodies and establish a foundation for continued communication between mothers and daughters.

Topics include:

• Your changing body
• The female and male reproductive system
• Preparation for motherhood-the onset of ovulation and menstrual cycles
• The wonder of human life and the case for abstinence
• Question and answer segment

Cost: $20 per mother/daughter pair (additional daughters $5 each)
