This interactive 10-week workshop will empower you to gain control of your weight for good! You will learn how to develop healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle behaviors to reach your healthy weight and maintain them for life. The program will focus on: • Understanding your healthy weight • Developing a fitness plan • Causes of weight gain • Choosing healthy foods • Food portions • Eating on the go • Emotions that prompt you to eat • Shopping tips • Positive Thinking • Strategies for staying on track • Weekly goal setting The fee for the 10-week series includes a workbook, recipe book, dynaband with exercises, and relaxation CD.
