Infant Massage
Massaging your baby enhances bonding and is a special time to share soothing skin-to-skin contact. In this two-part class you will learn strokes that will relax your baby and encourage restful sleep as well as strokes to relieve symptoms of stress and colic. Massage is a wonderful way to communicate with your growing baby through nurturing touch. Baby should be at least three weeks old when class begins.
Cost: $30 (Fathers welcome at no additional charge)
Location: St. Francis Medical Center
Bring your baby and a pillow to each class. New Mother and Baby Support Group meets right after class—attend both groups for a morning out of the house!
