Labor Skills Refresher Class

CHILDBIRTH REFRESHER This class is designed for parents who have attended childbirth classes during a previous pregnancy and are planning a vaginal birth with this pregnancy. Topics are individualized for each class to meet the needs and interests of those in attendance. Topics usually include: • A review of labor and birth • Breathing and relaxation techniques • Comfort measures and coaching skills • A discussion of birth topics • A tour will NOT be included. If you would like a tour, please register separately for a Thursday, Saturday or Sunday tour.
