Laura Kissell, MD, FACS

Dr. Kissell is board-certified in general and vascular surgery. She has practiced vascular surgery in Colorado Springs for more than five years after completing her general surgery residency and fellowships at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to a vascular surgery fellowship, Dr. Kissell completed a formal fellowship in Interventional Radiology which gives her a unique perspective and additional skills to apply to her practice. She specializes in wound care. In addition to seeing patients at Penrose Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery she will also treat patients at the Penrose-St. Francis Wound Clinic.
