People Going! Participant Guide, they can choose to focus on two or three areas and see movement toward better health in the context of a supportive community. The program features both a leader’s guide with complete lessons for an adult class or small group, and participant guides with devotional reflections, encouragements, and health tips.
Seasoning Lent: 40 Days of Recipes and Reflections is an eight-week devotional activity designed for the Christian season of Lent.
