Featured Classes and Events
Cover Your Knees
Female athletes are three times more likely than their male counterparts to injure their knees. Cover Your Knees is a special program to teach girls, their parents and coaches about knee injury prevention. The program includes an overview of anatomy and risk factors, physical assessments and a participatory warm-up and conditioning program. Teams are welcome; parent or coach must accompany athlete. Appropriate for ages 8 through 18. To register or for information, call 776-3605.

Visit select stores and pick up the latest women's health information, chat with health care experts and attend a seminar or two. Your personal shopping card will guide you to the health care tips you need and enter you to win great prizes. Plus, the first 500 women will receive a free custom shopping bag.

The Penrose-St. Francis Health Learning Center offers individual and group fitness classes, healthy cooking classes and topics to keep you healthy from head to toe. If you want to live well and live strong, check out our schedule of classes.
Health Incentive Improvement Program (HIIP)
Penrose-St. Francis associates and community members are welcome to participate in our exciting fitness classes offered through the Wellness Department/Health Improvement Incentive Program (HIIP).
