On a quest to reinvent her own life, Sara adapted her process to help individuals articulate their dreams and develop strategies and action plans to help them reach those dreams and Live Forward. An expert facilitator and engaging advisor, Sara has a talent for asking the right questions, exposing what’s under the surface, and focusing clients on what matters most. Sara has come to believe that the greatest opportunities exist in our minds. She loves changing the way people look and feel about life. Bottom line, she gets change done.

Tobi is a clinical psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. She is a therapist with Penrose Behavioral Health and Profile EAP. She sees all kinds of clients and her interest areas include Stress , Trauma & PTSD; but one of her passions is working with women who are facing life’s transitions. Her interest in Women’s issues and Health & Wellness stems from her very first job as a counselor (many years ago) when she helped to create The Boulder Women’s Shelter & Safehouse. She knows that therapy is more than just talking about problems. It is about helping clients to gain self-esteem and self-identity. She works with clients to help them achieve their goals and dreams. Life is a journey, enjoy the ride!
Sandy Weatherly, RD
Women's Program Coordinator, Penrose-St. Francis Health Services
Sandy is a Colorado native and a registered dietician with 25 years experience working in the field of food science and nutrition. She has been with Penrose-St. Francis for the last 15 years primarily in the area of chronic disease management and prevention. As Women's Program Coordinator she develops programs that help women following cancer treatment with their future health and preventing chronic disease. She has a passion for encouraging and motivating women to cherish the gift of health and provides practical tools so they can achieve lifelong wellness.
